1. Overview

Svette LLC ("Svette," "we," "us") operates svettesaunas.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, buy gift cards or apparel, submit an inquiry, or sign a waiver, and the choices you have — including over cookies and advertising measurement.

2. Information we collect

• Orders. Purchases of gift cards and apparel are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, order details, and the order amount; full payment details stay with Stripe.
• Inquiries. If you submit a private rental inquiry, we receive the name, email, phone number, location, and dates you provide.
• Waivers. If you sign our liability waiver, we store the name, date of birth, email, phone number, signature image, and signing details (time and IP address) you provide, for safety and legal purposes.
• Site usage & advertising measurement. With your consent where required (see Section 3), we use the Meta Pixel to measure page views and actions such as completed purchases, inquiries, and waiver sign-ups. This shares information such as pages visited and the fact that an action occurred with Meta Platforms. We do not send health information, booking details, or sensitive information to Meta.

3. Cookies & your consent choice

In regions where the law requires it, we show a consent banner before any advertising measurement runs. Ad clicks and impressions are counted regardless of your choice; the banner controls the additional measurement described above. You can accept or decline, and change your mind at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. Declining stops those measurements going forward.

We record your choice, the time it was made, and the region it applied to, so we can honor it on future visits and evidence it if you ask.

4. Who we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing for orders.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement and optimization (only when you consent, where consent applies).
• Our booking provider (Glofox) — bookings happen on Glofox's own platform under its privacy policy.

5. Your rights & opt-outs

You can change or withdraw your consent anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer. You may also opt out of Meta's use of this data via Meta's ad preferences and opt-out tools. To access, correct, or delete information you gave us (including a signed waiver), email us at info@svettesaunas.com.
